Barinder is Co-Founder and CEO of Tersa Earth Innovations, a mining cleantech company focused on healing the earth while unlocking critical metals for the energy transition. A former Surrey City Councillor and Fraser Health board member, and co-founder of SheTalks, HAVN Life Sciences, and Kyn Biosciences, she is widely recognized for her leadership in public service, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment.

Stewart is a prominent commentator on natural resource issues, with experience working across the mining, energy, and forestry sectors. He is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Resource Works Society, a leading Canadian advocacy group for responsible resource development.

Earl is a seasoned technology executive with deep expertise in software systems, SaaS platforms, fintech, and data-driven applications. He has led the design and scaling of complex, high-performance systems in both startup and regulated environments. Dr. Oliver holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
